I am so glad your here!

Hi there! I am Sarah - the heart behind Bluebell Mae Events. I’m a wedding planner who believes planning your big day should feel exciting, supported, and way less stressful than people expect. I’m here to cheer you on, calm the nerves, and handle all the behind-the-scenes details so you can enjoy the journey to “I do.”

I’m known for my strong work ethic, love for organization, and serious attention to detail (yes, I notice everything). From timelines to last-minute fixes, I work hard to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly and feels completely you. My goal is simple: happy couples, beautiful moments, and a wedding day that feels effortless and unforgettable.

After 5 years in the wedding industry, from venue sales & management to catering to event planning I have become a wedding planner who believes that planning your wedding should feel supported, organized, and meaningful—not overwhelming. I work closely with each couple to understand their vision, priorities, and emotions throughout the planning process, offering steady guidance every step of the way.

A bride and groom at their wedding outdoors, kneeling on a gravel path with four dogs. The groom wears a light gray suit and the bride in a white wedding gown with a veil. The dogs are a black and white mixed breed, a large white retriever, and two smaller basset hounds, all wearing collars and leashes, smiling and looking happy surrounded by green trees and foliage.

I am a proud dog momma of not 1, not 2 but 3 doggos - Delilah, Lenny & Georgia.
