Event Management
I like to use the term Event Management to describe my wedding planning service. I begin working with you (6) months out from the wedding. I have found starting our work together (30) days out (month-of coordination) simply does not allow enough time and communication for effectively grasping the scope of your event, and how to best execute on the day of.
Pre-wedding services
Unlimited communication beginning (6) months prior to scheduled event – email & text support
(2) Phone or Video Consultations – up to (60) minutes per session
Coordination & attendance of a final walkthrough with venue & catering team no less than (30) days from scheduled event
Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline & floorplan
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal – up to (1) hour
Worksheets that let you record every detail in one easy-to-access location
Wedding Day
Up to (10) hours on-site at your wedding venue allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details
Directing the ceremony processional
Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
Distributing gratuity to vendors as needed
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
